CALL BUBBA FOR CHEAP CARPIT CLEANIN.

“Get Yur Carpit Cleaned CHEAP!”

YOU GET: Carpet ruined for free. You get to wait all day and then find out Bubba’s not coming. You get a free wading pool inside your house!

Restrictions: You must first agree to an incredibly low price, then agree to sign your mortgage over to BUBBA first. Once this is accomplished, BUBBA will happily give you all the benefits listed above.

DISCLAIMER: If BUBBA’S rusty, leaking, smelly machine is not working at the time he shows up (if he actually shows up), that does not constitute a refund. You simply must wait until BUBBA’S machine is working for another appointment. BUBBA’s machine never works when you call for the second visit, so if the machine doesn’t work on the first appointment (generally depending on how much duct tape BUBBA has on him), then you can forget it. You will never get your mortgage back. Sorry, those are the rules in the world of BUBBA!

QC Newsletter Sept 2009 - To Inspect or Not to Inspect?

To Inspect or Not to Inspect?

I recently had a customer call regarding a dog smell in his rental house. He told me he didn't want the carpet cleaned, only the odor treated. He made an appointment for Ale (our technician) to come and inspect the home.

When Ale entered the home it had a strong urine odor. Using a UV light and moisture probe inspection he found the carpet had urine in various spots throughout the house. In addition, he also thought the carpet had been recently cleaned but the carpet had stains coming back up. He said that the carpet needed urine treatment, deodorizing and a thorough cleaning.

I called the customer and told him what Ale had found during his inspection. The customer told me that he had another carpeting cleaning company come out and clean the carpet prior to our inspection. I told him that he should have the original company come back to treat the urine and reclean the carpet. He said he didn’t want them to come back because he felt the cleaner was too young and inexperienced. He asked us to treat, clean and deodorize the carpet.

My guess is that the previous company did not perform an inspection. They may skip this process because they think it is not important or they are not educated about carpet cleaning.

Always use a carpet cleaning firm that is certified and ask them if their employees are certified as well.
